Background & Concept;“Cut Deep” the music video by American trap artist Jadyn Ghalen was directed by Ghalen alongside Leon Ferreira, primarily filmed in Miami, Florida and released on June 27, 2026 as the official accompaniment to the lead single of the same name from Jadyn Ghalen, taken from his upcoming sophomore album set to be released the following day on June 28, 2026. Running at 5 minutes and 22 seconds, the video blends the track’s introspective moody trap sound with a narrative that explores emotional complexities surrounding fame, relationships, desire and internal conflict. It marks the third official music video from Jadyn Ghalen following on from 2025’s “Don’t Get Too Comfortable” and “Good Lovin’” (feat. Music Video;
The music video for “Cut Deep” opens with a cinematic view of a Miami penthouse with the city in the distance. The house is modern and sleek with an outside pool shown on a late summer day. It then cuts to the city, showing road signs and the city skyline of Miami, its office buildings and skyscrapers. Before cutting to a black Lamborghini with tinted windows racing through the city. The opening scene then cuts to grainy footage of Jadyn Ghalen sat out by a beachside club overlooking the seafront and Croatian super-model Danica Novak at his penthouse, the sound of a phone message ping can be heard and Jadyn opens up the notification to listen to a voice-message sent from Danica, her soft alluring voice speaks,
“Baby … I’ve missed you so bad. I’m at the house right now just waiting for you.” she says before a pause and soft sigh,
“I know we’ve been fighting like crazy recently, but that’s just passion, right? … I know you’re busy in town, got a lot going on but don’t keep me waiting too long.” she pauses again, letting out a soft seductive moan,
“I’m waiting for you honey, let’s really get deep into it tonight, okay?” she says before the message finishes.
Jadyn shakes his head with a little devilish smirk on his face, spending a couple of moments deep in thought as he navigates through his phone landing on the message screen which shows a whole bunch of unanswered notifications. He opens a couple of messages and it shows that everybody appears to be vying for his time and attention. The phone screen shows messages from his crew asking for things and messages from other girls asking to hang, alongside various NSFW photo’s and video’s being sent from them of them partying and showing what they have to offer in a way to tempt him to give them his time and attention.
The next scene cuts to the penthouse and Danica laying by the pool waiting for him in her swimwear as the music kicks in with a hazy atmospheric synth that gives the music a moody cinematic tone that goes perfectly with the seductive imagery onscreen. Danica runs her hands from her forehead, down her chest before resting them against her hip while laying poolside as the music plays over the sensual images of Danica poolside. The chorus serving as the opening to the track, as the chorus comes to an end, we cut to the lambo speeding through the city streets at night, seemingly racing to get back to the penthouse in quick fashion but as the next scene shows, it proves to be a different location Jadyn speeds off to.

The following scene cuts back and forth between Jadyn in a nightclub, hanging with his crew and Danica at his penthouse in the gym room working out for him, notably working on her thrusting. In the process creating the music video’s most iconic and memorable sequence. The scenes with Jadyn see him hanging with his crew, watching a performer at a strip club, surrounded by his boys, attractive women and money flowing through the air. Showing the contrast between himself taking his time to enjoy the attention and fame he gets while hanging with his crew, while having an incredibly beautiful super-model at his penthouse waiting for him and effectively working out for him in anticipation for his arrival and their reconnection.

The scene continues on with Danica thrusting rhythmically to the beat of the music as she works out in the gym of the penthouse, close up shots of the top half of her body focus on her breasts moving up slowly followed by a sequence of shots of her entire body in frame as her as moves up and down in perfect timing with the beat of the song. Once again generating an immediate headline grabbing, memorable moment that is likely to be the primary takeaway from the video, harking back to iconic videos like “Call On Me”, “Satisfaction” and “Blurred Lines” in the same sensibility of sex sells.
The scenes then alternate between Danica working out and Jadyn in the parking lot of the club, surrounded by attractive women as he performs the songs lyrics with the women dancing around him seductively before cutting to a close-up as the songs pre-chorus/hook comes towards it’s close with a close-up of Jadyn standing in the parking lot of the club, lighting a joint before cutting to Danica in the bedroom of the penthouse lighting a joint and smoking the joint, looking frustrated or slightly forlorn, creating the same image between the pair of them with different underlying contexts between them.

We then cut to images of Danica relaxing in the bathtub with a can of alcohol, seemingly frustrated at being made to wait by Jadyn as the video then cuts to images of the Lamborghini racing through the streets of Miami as Jadyn seemingly is finally making his way back to the penthouse. As the car pulls up to the driveway of the penthouse, a silhouette of Danica can be seen at the floor to ceiling windows that look down onto the driveway before we cut to a scene on the bedroom balcony of Danica standing waiting for Jadyn with her hands resting against the rails of the balcony. The camera zooms out and we see Jadyn and Danica in their first embrace, with his finger pressed against Danica’s lips their hands begin to roam as the camera zooms out further, leaving it up to the viewers on what they choose to see.
As the songs chorus comes towards it’s end, we then cut to a scene of Jadyn and Danica in the bedroom, Danica now just in her underwear as Jadyn begins admiring her body, running his hands up her thighs and nuzzling his head in-between her breasts just as the song begins to move into the final verse of the track as it plays out over the video.

The video continues on from the end of the songs chorus and into the final verse, with Danica laying on the bed and Jadyn towering over her. Her eyes seductive as the scene focuses on shots of the pair finally expressing their passion for each other. Danica’s body is fully showcased here as she begins underneath Jadyn showcasing her beautifully toned body before cutting to images of her writhing on top of Jadyn, once more showcasing her thrusting to create a lasting image on Jadyn’s predominantly young male and female fanbase. The scenes between them in bed last almost the entirety of the songs final verse, cutting between simulations of various different positions with the final simulated scenes show Jadyn slowing lowering his head between her legs and Danica writhing in pleasure.
As the songs final verse comes towards it’s final lyrics we see the aftermath of their encounter which focuses on Danica first laying under the sheets, before resting on top of the sheets, looking forlorn once more as the final scene of this sequence shows Jadyn leaving the room and Danica watching him as he leaves. Further adding to the music video’s general theme of vying for someone’s attention that appears to be constantly wanted elsewhere, effectively a relationship with someone that is never truly present or at least when he is, it is very brief.

As we arrive at the songs pre-chorus/hook once more we continue to follow the aftermath of this story, this time it appears we have a brief time-jump to what appears to be a party for Jadyn with close friends. Danica is seen happy on the outside, smiling as she hands Jadyn a cake with sparklers as the songs repetitive refrain can be heard over the images, they appear to be happy in this moment with each other but the scene cuts to the end of the party with objects scattered around the hallway of the penthouse, while cutting to a scene of Danica at the top of the stairs overlooking the mess in front of her, nonchalantly with her leg pressed up against the wall. Seemingly finally understanding that the relationship isn’t just passionate, it’s volatile.

For the final sequence of the song that plays out over the songs chorus, we cut to Danica and Jadyn arguing, with Danica pacing from the garden to the front door, effectively pushing Jadyn out of the penthouse and finally taking the strength to realise that she deserves to be a priority not someone that is just waiting on someone all of the time. As the songs chorus comes to it’s end, we see images of Jadyn sat out by the beachfront club from earlier in the video and images of Danica sitting in the garden of the penthouse close out the video, lips pursed with a strong image of female strength and empowerment.
