She walks into the kitchen to eat. As she walks, her back hurts a little from yesterday.

Scott wakes up beside Gia and looks at her, smiling. For the first time in over a week he slept properly. He strokes her cheek gently before giving her a small kiss on the lips.
He gets up to go to the bathroom and when he comes back, looking at Gia sleeping in just her underwear, he sees a huge bruise on her back. His stomach lurches and he crawls back in beside her. Not wanting to wake her, he simply puts his arms around her softly, and gently strokes a hand over the bruised area, wondering what happened to her. |

Scott smiled as he saw Gia was awake. He kissed her and smiled at her. Although they had woken up together on Sunday, the fact that she was now back for real meant so much to him. He gripped her hand with his free one, incredibly happy to have Gia back home with him at last. |
