The songstress broke into the business back in 2005 where she was signed at 18. She sung back up vocals for many different artists until her big break in 2009 when she released her debut single, Clocks which peaked at #11 in the U.S. Her debut album, Gia was released in early 2010 and debuted #5 in the world. By November, she had sold more than 2 million copies worldwide. When asked if she would return to making her own music she said; Quote: "I would love to get back into the business as an artist but right now I want to help find new talent for the label and help them reach their star potential." She recently was approached by Greg Walls, owner of Studio60 Records, to be co-owner and she accepted. Gia's personality is described as energetic, fun, silly, head strong, and sometimes a little weird. She's known to be a real party girl and enjoys making records as well as selling them. She can also be all about business. She's not afraid of a little competition and goes for what she wants. She believes that Studio60 Records is THE record label to be on and hopes to sign more artists and take the company to new highs. Working with Hannah on her new album. She's an amazing artist, really sweet too. Anyway, still taking over but doing it in stealth mode. Anyone need a producer for their tracks??
